Andrea and Meg had 'forced' me to play singing.. But it was fun! Hahaha!! Although I cant sing LOL.

Dinner was really good too.. Agnes came and Ka Hang made delicious noodles!! Go open up a store!!! Hahaha!! And for dessert, we had impossible pie (by Kahang) and lava cake (Kobi)! Haha!! Then we played ass hole dai dee with joanne and joey! Hahaha.. That game was really the impossible of the impossible! I mean how can someone get 3 2s or 3 Ks and 2 As??! As a result.. I'm always last or the second last.. Haha.. Must blame it on my tiredness. Been doing and staring at the com for very long! Hahaha.. =)))

Tomorrow's ANZAC Day for the Australians. Its to commemorate the soldiers and those who died in WW1.

When listening to the Last Post on TV (they were playing it before soccer starts I think), it made me realize how foolish I was when I'm back in my secondary school days. I remembered playing the Last Post on the fanfare trumpet. I have no idea how stupid I am to not realize how important that day is.. I shouldn't have the "Oh, its just another performance" attitude. So many people died during World War 1. It isn't right for us to live each day as if it is for granted. We should be thankful to all our forefathers for fighting bravely, regardless of which side they were fighting for. We should also learn from their mistakes and NEVER EVER EVER let a World War 3 appear.

I was having a talk with Andrea the other day. Chatted about this too. And it sure was scary thinking about World War 3. I mean, ww1 have the invention of tanks, ww2 have the nuclear bombs. So what about WW3? A combination of everything plus chemical and biological warfare! So no matter what, WW3 must not happen!

Rest in peace...

I hope those who started the war have repented even though they're died.. I mean, why do humans want to kill each other? If you hate that someone, move far away from them such that you will never see them again. So why bother killing that? Beside staining your hand and facing the death penalty, their family members, friends and relatives will be sad too. So don't ever kill people unless the reason is valid.

I can't believe I'm doing assignments at the last minute!!!!! OMG OMG OMG.

Several things that is on my mind which I cant concentrate until I voiced it out.. Getting quite out of hand these days.. Haha... Keep voicing my thoughts.. Haha.. I shouldn't be doing that..

I wonder how did everyone fare in the competition... No one wants to tell me at all when I tried asking. At the overseas and last sunday's competition. I can only see their comments when they post it in facebook.. Haha.. I feel so sad.. Used to be part of them but now, it seems so far away.. Oh wait, am I even a part of them in the first place? But anyway, I have the company of assignments so its the same as last time, using orientation to cover for my sadness. Haha.

What the F.

Another thing is I'm still feeling guilty over that pizza. Haha. Stupid man. All for the sake of pizza. Thats why I try not to lie and stuffs. Although I do lie when I'm defensive... Zzz..

LUNCH TIME.

Haha. I feel that this blog post is totally random but I have to post it in order to relieve myself of thinking this over and over again.

I didn't realize I had subscribed to KFC Singapore and had received an email about the latest offers. Then it hit on me that I haven't been eating KFC for like ages! I think I had KFC once/or none at all when I'm back in Sg for the semester break.. But that's all! Goodness!!!

And Gordon told me last semester when he was bringing me out for dinner that Perth's KFC chicken was good and he always had KFC at least once when he's here.

Now I'm craving for KFC. Willing to trade my freshly baked bread with some KFC from Perth. Any takers?

P.S.: All Singaporeans when they're overseas studying, always talked about food. I'm no exception.

I was going to blog yesterday but anyway.. bleh..

Ytd's lectures were pretty neat. Finally I knew why cats can't take paracetamol. It's because they are sensitive to the free radicals in the drug. Yes, I know. Free radicals in panadol or whatever brand names that contains paracetamol. But it's only in high dose that creates the free radicals. So don't overdose on Panadol please. And don't give cats panadol coz they're EXTREMELY sensitive to it.

Another thing that I've learnt is why after blood donation in Singapore, they ALWAYS gave you iron tablets. Firstly you need to understand that it is the IRON in the red blood cell's haemoglobin's heme that binds oxygen for transportation. So without Iron, you may not have such a effective transportation of oxygen. So eat your iron tablets!!

Seriously, these are common things in life that I dun even bother finding out why. I must appreciate whatever that's around me more now.

Oh yea.. Made bread yesterday too.. It looks like what it is now but I think its because I did not have enough bread flour (Pour in 290 g instead of 350 g) and kind of overbaked hoping to achieve that dark colour surface. Oh well, I think it taste okay too. Attempt No. 3 when I'm free!

Made lasagna today! Haha.. Turns out its pretty okay haha.. Back to assignments.. Zzz..

And check out Ris Low's interview, I think my impression of her has improved. I don't think she's is what is reported/showed on the video clips. I mean, she's not swearing but using her own Shingz and not spouting vulgarities to people who insulted her which is really really amazing alr. But amazing man, her vulgarities that was formed in her head when some reporter asked, "Why are you called Ris Low?". Her string of vulgarities is power man! But she choose not to answer them and just keep smiling. I think she's more than what she is portrayed as. Maybe more scheming or just a plain jane, who knows?

Someday I'm gonna strangle myself to death.

Haha.

Lab is finally over! So much for the everything. It really make me realize that there's really all types of AMAZING people out there.

I wonder.. why am I working so hard for? Its not really worth it unless its an individual work.

HAHA. You don't have to be smart to get your results. Just get good team mates.

WHY MUST THERE BE NO WATER!?

Woo. We had a long long long weekend (Fri till Mon) becoz of Good Friday and Easter holidays. I didn't know that they celebrate Good Friday and Easter here.. It's really a big thing; just like Chinese New year in a similar way.

Its study break for me but it's all spent on MGEN practical!! Heard from Ruth we have to follow them steps by steps so what's the point of writing a flow chart and all?!? But anyway its good to be led. Haha. Oh well. I have to thank Mr Yee Mon for integrating all these DRP stuffs (which is what I'm currently doing now) in my head. Haaa. I just hope that I'll be sharp and know what I'm doing.

Thanks to Ruth and Colin, I had wonderful dinners for today and yesterday! I think its some sort of a meal before death or something similar to that.

Really hope that the lab goes well... LET ME DO MY PURIFICATION AND LIGATION TML!
