Today was pretty much a nice day..

Had a morning walk with Meg.. And gonna do that everyday too.. Provided that it's not raining.. =) I'm exercising!!! =)) Thunder thighs! Go away!!

After which tried to study biochem and did a bit of biostat.. Failed miserably.. Aw well.. its the holidays.. =(( Tomorrow I'm gonna "chiong" already.. Sigh...

Then went to see a lecturer regarding biochem.. And damn! Its the cell cycle thing again.. Mitosis, Meiosis and cell cycle are haunting me in Genetics and Biochemistry! I hate them!!! Zzzz...

Oh.. I made Chik Ku Teh for my flatmates too! Got a good response from them!! =P I'm so going to make them come to Singapore and eat all the good food and the real Bak Ku Teh!!! Hahaha!! =))

Went for Judo class.. It seems like a gymnastics class then a judo class during warm-up.. Then it turned into a violent class in which we need to do sweeps (wasn't so violent AT FIRST.. Then Colin wanted to "spar (can't rmb what they call it, but its sth like sparring)" with the instructor.. Which was real violent.. Sigh.. What happened to the soft and gentle sport that I have in mind? =(((

Ok. Shu Hui.. Enough of playing and refusing to study.. Remember your aims and get that HDs!!! So.. STUDY!!!!

Yesterday was pure fun.. It seems as if I'm here to visit Perth instead of studying.. Hahaha!

We played lotsa games like shooting game (which I'm going to try next year), pick the duckling, pick the box, "bingo" game, bumper car (my favourite!), throw a ball down to a clown's eosophagus, going into a haunted house (hotel in this case)... Its really is fun.. And I spent.. $54.... Zzz.. Shu Hui.. Eat more bread and porridge.. Zzz.. Its a total of $76 if I include the admission ticket.. Hahaha.. But its a once a year thing.. So yea. =)))

• Its the second study week break!! *Screams*!!
• Ka Hang and Carmen went back Singapore.. T.T
• I got genetics practical report to do and which I had freaked out during lab.. So its really hard.. T.T
• No idea how to start my biostat project.. T.T
• And.. I made a cake for Carmen for her early birthday celebration.. =) And I'm making another one for Meg's birthday on this coming Thursday too!! =))
• Feeling slightly homesick but hell with it.. I need to study.. T.T

Sigh.. Back to more studying.. The ironic part is that both Biochem II and genetics stuffs that I'm gonna studying over the week are about mitosis and meiosis.. How bad can a holiday week be.. Totally rotten. Zzzzz...

Wish me luck for the biochem, coz I totally have no idea what to do after looking at the ppt slides, notes, handouts, TP's biochem lecture slides and textbooks that used to rot in my room...

I smell fish cake at my hostel flat's hallway

Been random coz I can't study.. Zzz.. The past few days were pretty nice I guess.. I get to stay at the hostel for the weekend (like finally?) and did lots of studies (mostly Genetics..)..

The past few days have been experimenting with the rice cooker about cooking the rice too.. But always got too wet.. T.T Today's was a bit dry.. So Zzz... But well.. I tried making "three cup chicken" and "tom yum soup".. Super yummy!! Hahaha!! Well, you cant go wrong with Chinese condiments and throwing everything into the pot/ pan and cook right? haha!! So yea..

And my biostat lecturer, Ryan Admiral, made my day by pushing the biostat assignment back to next week!! =)) Hahaha!! So that means I can spent more time with Biochem! This time, I will write notes, read the notes like five times!, test myself everyday and do whatever it takes to get that damn 8.0 out of 10.0.. Zzzz... Or else, I will stop going msn and delete restaurant city.. Zzzzzz... That will be real disaster then..

The exam timetable are out too.. I got two papers (Biostat and Biochem) on 23th Nov.. Its real sucky man.. Although Biostat is open book, I don't really think it will help since its 3 hours to solve all the statistic things.. The last paper (Genetics) is on 25th Nov.. And after that, I have 25th to 29th Nov to fool around! Hahaha!! =))

I ate a whole dried chili. And I ran up and down in my room. Drank lotsa water but it's still spicy. Ate biscuit but its still hot. My face was all red. And I bet there's smoke coming out from my mouth. Zzzz.. Should have cut it and eat a bit by a bit instead. Zzz..

And I came to realise I'm really really scared of drunk people.. Apparently, there's a guy who was drunk came to my flat and talked super loudly and still drank some alcohol.. And I AM SO SCARED!!! And its for no reason.. Normally, I wouldn't be scared of drunkards that much but today, I was so scared.. I wonder why people drink so much.. To forget their sorrows? But its only for that moment.. When you're sober again.. you will still remember it right.. So why not let it hurt you until you become immune to it? Or do something that doesn't hurt yourself to 'forget' it.. Or do what Hong Ming said...

The best way (I reckon) is to study and don't think about anything! Hahaha!! And the stupid transposons... I HATE YOU!! Zzzz...
